The variety of wines offered, from fruity whites to deep reds, showcased the rich diversity of Nepali winemaking. The hosts were wonderful, sharing stories and answering questions with enthusiasm. I particularly enjoyed the pairing of local snacks with the wines, which enhanced the flavors and gave a true taste of Nepal. A fantastic way to spend an evening in Kathmandu!
