The cooking class was an eye-opener! I learned so much about the ingredients and techniques used in traditional Nepali cooking. The class was well-organized, and the small group setting made it easy to follow along and ask questions. I especially loved making momos. Highly recommend this to food lovers visiting Kathmandu.
